What you'll do

Process & Business Analysis

  • Explore processes with domain experts, uncover bottlenecks and identify where AI or automation can make a useful difference.
  • Translate business needs into clear requirements and priorities, with a shared view of what success looks like.
  • Use AI to support your analysis and solution design, checking its output against the process and the facts.

Prototyping & Building

  • Build prototypes, straightforward agents, workflows or applications with tools such as Copilot Studio and Power Apps.
  • Test ideas with users, gather feedback and improve the solution before committing to a larger implementation.
  • Recognise when complexity, integration or security calls for a developer, and work with technical colleagues on the next steps.

Coaching & Enablement

  • Run practical workshops and coaching sessions that help domain experts and business users apply AI to their own work.
  • Guide people through their first applications, from choosing a useful problem to building, testing and improving their solution.
  • Help teams work independently within agreed governance and security boundaries, using examples and guidance they can reuse.

Who you are

  • Experience in business analysis, process improvement or automation projects, with strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
  • Able to connect business needs to workable solutions and explain your reasoning to both users and technical colleagues.
  • Experience with, or a strong interest in, using AI agents to support analysis and building. You are willing to experiment and critically assess the results.
  • A practical mindset: you enjoy making ideas tangible and learning through user feedback.
  • You get energy from helping others become more confident and independent, and can turn a complex topic into an accessible explanation.
  • Comfortable facilitating discussions and coaching users in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

  • Experience building with Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate or similar tools.
  • Experience delivering training, coaching business users or supporting AI adoption.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude or other AI assistants, and with governance for solutions built by business users.
