What you'll do

Applied AI Architecture

  • Design AI components within end-to-end automation and application solutions
  • Integrate AI into broader system architectures (automation flows, apps, orchestration layers)
  • Combine AI with traditional logic where appropriate
  • Ensure AI is used where it creates real business value: not for its own sake
  • You design AI-enabled systems, not isolated experiments.

AI Chapter Leadership

  • Lead and grow RoboRana’s AI chapter
  • Act as the technical reference point for AI across projects
  • Elevate the level of AI engineers and Copilot engineers
  • Define standards, reusable patterns and architectural guidelines
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous capability development

Microsoft AI Stack Ownership

  • Work primarily with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI and Microsoft Copilot
  • Shape how we architect AI within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Contribute to governance, security and scalability standards
  • Stay ahead of evolutions in agentic AI and orchestration patterns

Who you are

  • Strong experience in AI architecture or applied AI solutions
  • Deep understanding of LLMs and AI integration patterns
  • Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI and/or Microsoft Copilot
  • Architectural thinking across systems, not just AI models
  • Ability to challenge both business and technical stakeholders
  • Pragmatic mindset: value-driven, not hype-driven

Nice to have

  • Experience with Agentic AI patterns
  • Experience with Intelligent process automation
  • Power Platform architecture knowledge
  • Knowing how to secure enterprise AI implementations
