Together with our client, we developed a centralized solution to handle requests that are centrally captured in a web portal using a low code platform. Customers can create, adapt and receive feedback on the status of their request within this portal. The back-office tool helps the internal team to handle the requests efficiently with all information and possible actions to perform centrally available.
The collaborative approach of building the solution together was key for the customer to be able to maintain and adapt the solution to changing needs of their back-office employees and customers.
