Keeping up files to date of patients and storing documents of medical experts and jurists was a very time-consuming process that is prone to mistakes. Besides, it consists of a lot of manual, repetitive, and tedious tasks resulting in high costs. RIZIV was looking for an application to easily manage these documents, communicate with different parties, and calculate the reimbursement amounts.
Using low code development RIZIV was able to develop a custom case management solution that completely matched the request of their business users. The solution is integrated with different platforms allowing them to have a complete overview of opinions and documents and easily communicate with different external parties/systems. On top of that, it provides the possibility for asking questions and answering them between case managers and medical experts. This gives everyone a clear overview of the case and the open topics that still need to be resolved.
